POHA:

INGREDIENTS:

Poha( soaked)
salt
green chillies and chilli powder
turmeric
curry leaves
onions(chopped)
mustard seeds
mint leaves and lemon for garnish

Method:

Salt the poha and keep aside.
In a non-stick pan,heat oil and add mustard seeds and allow them to crackle.
Add the curry leaves ,onions and green chillies.Wait until the onions are soft and brown.
Then add turmeric and chili powder.
Add the soaked poha and toss it until the poha is of a yellow colour. Garnish with mint leaves and wedges of lemon.

SERVE HOT! ;)
